About Me

Over the years, I’ve worked in both the private and public sectors—ranging from human resources and public relations to communication networks and public health. While these roles allowed me to develop a strong understanding of people and systems, I gradually realized I was only partially using my natural talents: the ability to connect with others, to listen without judgment, to understand team dynamics, and to tap into our inner resilience during stressful times, such as tight deadlines or periods of change.

Living with chronic pain led me to explore alternatives to traditional medication. I became deeply interested in the mind-body connection, and that’s how I discovered Sophrology—a gentle, non-tactile practice developed by neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo. It combines Western techniques such as hypnosis and autogenic training (Schultz method) with Eastern approaches like mindfulness
and meditation. This method profoundly resonated with me, especially as a highly sensitive person and the parent of a highly sensitive child. It helped me not only in managing pain, but also in
everyday parenting and emotional balance.

In 2016, I earned a diploma in Synthesis of Relaxation Techniques and Sophrology from the University of St. Etienne, France. My thesis focused on the benefits of sophrology in chronic pain management—a topic that remains at the heart of my work today.

In 2021, I completed a Life Coaching Certificate at the Business Coaching College in Bratislava, Slovakia. After deep reflection in 2022, I made the decision to open my own sophrology and life coaching practice in 2023.

Throughout my career, I’ve also volunteered in various working groups focused on improving organizational processes and employee well-being. These diverse experiences allow me to tailor sessions to each individual’s needs—considering both personal goals and the broader systems they operate within.

I support individuals going through a variety of life challenges, including:

* Career transitions or workplace difficulties
* Relationship issues and communication problems
* Living with chronic illness or pain
* Grieving and emotional healing
* Managing stress, sleep disorders, or burnout
* Preparing for exams, interviews, or public speaking
* Embracing personal change or life transitions

I truly believe that each of us has a deep desire to live in alignment with our values, express our unique talents, and find balance in our professional and personal lives. While obstacles are part of the
journey, with the right support, we can learn to live more fully in the present moment and reconnect with a sense of purpose and well-being.
